I’ve been taking photos since I was a child.
Back in the eighties, I really enjoyed experimenting with black-and-white editing in the darkroom.
I developed an early interest in digital editing with computers.
I’m not of the school that believes photography should be pure, that every photo should be perfect right out of the camera.
I often see things in subjects that inspire me to create something beautiful. The photo is the starting point, but I’m not afraid to use editing software to create an image that speaks to the imagination a subject inspires.
Of course, a fantastic tool has emerged recently to further unleash your imagination in a photo. That’s Artificial Intelligence. It allows you to place a specific photo of a subject in a completely different environment. A new challenge for me, which I’m still using with varying degrees of success.
On this website, I’d like to show some examples of this, alongside my photos edited more or less with Photoshop.
So, photo purists be warned: Not everything in these photos is straight from the camera. I will, of course, mention any AI processing that has taken place.
